Refunds and cancellation

Cancel whenever you like

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account using the "Manage subscription" button. You'll keep unlimited use until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. There are no cancellation fees or notice periods.

No refunds

Because the unlimited plan gives you access as soon as you subscribe, we don't give refunds for payments that have been taken, including part-months, so please cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to continue. The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Your legal rights

This doesn't affect your legal rights. If you're a consumer rather than a business, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. When you subscribe we ask you to agree that your unlimited access starts straight away and that, once it has started, you lose that 14-day right. If something is wrong with the service itself and we can't put it right, your statutory rights still apply, and we'll do what the law requires.

Problems with a payment

If you think you've been charged by mistake, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we'll look into it straight away and put it right if we got it wrong.
