Invoicing without the faff.

Squinvoice is a simple way to make an invoice and send it as a PDF, from your phone or your computer. Add who it's for and what you're charging, and download a tidy invoice with your business details on it. There's nothing to install and no spreadsheets or templates to wrestle with.

It's designed for small UK businesses and sole traders: amounts are in pounds sterling and addresses are UK addresses.

What it costs

You get 3 free invoice downloads in any 30 days, and each one comes back 30 days after you use it. If you need more, the unlimited plan is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time. See the plans.

Your information

We don't keep your invoices. What you type into an invoice is used to make your PDF and isn't saved to your account. We do keep your account details and, if you add them, your business details so they can appear on your invoices.

Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. You can download or delete your data at any time from your account. The full details are in our privacy policy.
